Registration Types

Full, One-Day, Student, and Non-Presenter Registrations Include:

• Attendance at conference sessions and presentations, including plenary addresses and all parallel sessions.
• Lunch and coffee breaks on the days of the conference.
• In-person conference session presentation (based on accepted proposal) and scheduling into the conference program. (Not applicable for Non-Presenter Registration)
• The option to submit your article to the corresponding journal and participate in the peer-refereeing process.
• Full access to the online version of the journal until the time of registration until one year after the end date of the conference, as well as an electronic copy of your journal article, if accepted and published.

Please note: "Activities and extras" such as tours or dinners are not included in the registration.  These extras can be booked during the registration process or at the conference, depending on availabilty.

Alumni and Student Alumni Registrations Include:

• A discounted registration for previous Conference attendees that includes all of the benefits of a Full Conference or Student Registration

Group Registration:

• Discounted Registration for five (5) or more participants from same organization/institution that includes of the benefits of a Full Conference or Student Registration.

Virtual Registration Option:

If you are unable to attend the conference in-person but would like to be a member of the knowledge community, you may register as a virtual participant.  As a virtual registrant, you are entitled to:

• Upload a presentation of your paper to the YouTube channel for access by other conference participants and community members
• Have your paper (if accepted) in the online list of abstracts
• Submit your article for peer review for publication in the journal
• Participate as a peer reviewer for other submissions to the journal
• Receive a one-year subscription to the online journal
• Receive newsletters and other communications about the knowledge community
• **Note: Payment for virtual registration does not influence acceptance into the journal, nor is it required in the submission process until the article has been accepted and has reached the typesetting stage.
