The New Directions in the Humanities Conference is pleased to announce the Conference Tour.
Join other conference delegates and plenary speakers the day before the conference for a walking tour of Granada.
In Granada, there are two hills that face each other. On one side is the hill of the Nasrid royal family, and on the other, is the hill of the common people. This walking tour will visit a vast net of houses in the Albayzin District, each with its own unique stories. Walk around and enjoy the legends of the neighborhood as well as amazing views of the Alhambra, but most of all, enjoy "getting lost" in this world heritage jewel. On this tour, we will visit Plaza Nueva and Plaza Larga, Carrera Darro (the most beautiful street of the city along the river), and the old walls and gates of Granada.
