Maja Bezić
Maja Bezić is an associate professor and the Chair in Italian Language at the Department of Italian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, Croatia. She teaches courses in Italian language and linguistics at undergraduate and graduate level. Professor Bezić is the author of two books and a number of scientific papers in linguistics. Her research interests include contact and cognitive linguistics and the history of the Italian language. She is a member of the scientific council of the journal Sponde: A Journal of Languages, Literatures and Cultures between the two Adriatic coasts.
