Tea Gutović
Tea Gutović, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences University of Split, Croatia. She published over 30 scientific and professional papers of topics of sociology of entrepreneurship, youth, work, sport and education. She participated in several international research projects. She is a winner of yearly excellence award of Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations Research Network (Common Ground, University of Illinois Research Park, SAD) in 2025. She is a Head of Centre for Career Planning and Development of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, Croatia and Erasmus+ project's evaluator.
